Minimol Memorial Charitable Trust is formed in the name of Late Mrs.Minimol, Wife of Dr.Gokulam Gopakumar , In order to promote human welfare by stretching a helping hand towards those who deserve some sort of aid on humanitarian ground and to encourage the individuals and institutions that work for the welfare of the poor and for the society.

The Trust functions under the leadership of the Chairman Dr.Gokulam Gopakumar, Vice Chairperson Kumari Gopika Gopan And Nineteen Advisory board members.

The trust was formally inaugurated on Ist March 2008, by Sri. M.A Baby, honourable Minister of Education. SadhKeerthi puraskara is given to the Pre-eminent peerless perwsonegs who have made lauabable contribution and have thus emerged at the cynosure in their respective works of life.

The Puraskara includes a sum of Rs. 55,555 and memento which is conceived and created by the eminent Sri. Kanai Kunjiraman and a citation.

First Minimol Memorial Sadh Keerthi puraskaram given to Emminent Malayalam Poet Prof. O.N.V Kurup. Second sadhkeerthi puraskaram given to Prominent Malayalam Actor Sri. Madhu. Third sadkeerthi puraskaram is given to Padmavibhushan Dr.G.Madhavan Nair. Fourth Sadkeerthi puraskaram is given to Padmavibhushan Adoor Gopalakrishnan (film maker). Fifth sadkeerthi puraskaram is given to Smt. Sugathakumary Teacher. Sixth sadkeerthi puraskaram is given to Sri. Prof.M.K sanu master, Last sadkeerthi puraskaram is given to smt.K.S chithra.

Awards were also presented to the institution, which work for the welfare of the poor,financial aids were given to helpless widows and too scoring students who hailed from poor background.
